Milch 1st branch was found in 2014 in Yufuin City, Oita Prefecture, Japan. “Milch” or “Milk” in German language. Based on the name of the shop, Milch ’s first and foremost principle is to serve best quality and heavenly tasty milk-based dessert and beverage. 7 consecutive years (2015-2021) of “Gold Award" and “GRAND GOLD Award of 2022 from Monde Selection” together with “the Grand Quality Excellent Prize from W.P.A” granted to our Kase Kuchen have truly certified Milch’s aforementioned virtue.
