We strictly use manual brewing methods here at Bays. Manual brewing brings out a much richer taste and deeper flavor nuances, while having a smooth finish in the coffee. We pride ourselves in the quality of our coffee, and are convinced that it will keep you coming back cup after cup. We use a portion of our profits to empower local at-risk youth as well as providing educational and business grants for our employees and the community children. Enjoying our coffee invites you to join in the journey we have to pay it forward and make a lasting impact on our community. When we get, we give and when we sip together, we stay together.
