The light returns to the river!
Vijit Chao Phraya 2025 is back. Enjoy one of the biggest and brightest cultural celebrations along the Chao Phraya River with light displays, building projections, fireworks, and cultural performances.
From 1 November - 15 December 2025, Bangkok’s riverfront will come alive both sides of the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok for 45 magical night, with iconic landmarks illuminated by light displays, laser shows, projection mapping, Thai cultural performances, and fireworks.
This event is free-to-attend. Most of the performances can be enjoyed from various riverfront locations daily from 1 November - 15 December 2025, between 18:00 – 22:00 hrs. But if you’d like to see the highlights, there will be places for you. Let’s keep an eye on the official announcement for this year’s location.

The light displays will feature special effects across 15 locations; however, please check the date and time for each display before you go, as some locations will host shows primarily on weekends.
