Loy Krathong Festival in Pattaya is set to be a big cultural event, aiming to preserve Thai cultural traditions, encourage community participation, and boost tourism and the local economy.

On November 15, 2024, Pattaya City plans the Pattaya Loy Krathong Festival 2024 to encourage cultural tourism. The festival will take place along the Pattaya beach and around the city. Both locals and visitors can enjoy the festival at the primary locations such as the Central Pattaya (Pattaya Beach), Jomtien Beach, and Lan Po Public Park in Na Kluea.

Along with cultural art performances and enjoyable activities, there will be a competition to create Krathongs using natural materials.
