Dated back to 80 years of success in the business, Yong’s father went through countless experiments adjusting the formula. At last, he found the golden proportion of homemade yellow curry paste, which mixed with coconut cream and slowly simmered on low heat with beef shanks and tendons. In the past, he roamed around on foot peddling at several Chinese Opera Houses in Yaowarat and received a wonderful recognition from the locals. An original tip to eat is dropping few sweet-dark soy sauce and take the bite with fresh cucumber slices.
